A manufacturer, not a reseller

We make gold jewellery in our own workshops and sell it to jewellery retailers. Everything we supply is solid 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold — never plated.

Because we make the pieces ourselves, we can tell you exactly what you are paying for. Nothing on your invoice is estimated.

What you can order

What you see on every invoice

Every price is broken into three lines you can check yourself:

Making
fixed at the moment you order, and it does not change.
Gold
charged for the exact grams we weigh, at our published daily reference on the day of weighing.
Stones
priced per stone, listed separately.

Gold is charged at our daily gold reference, fixed each working day at 15:05 UK time and applied to the following working day.

How it works

  1. 1 You open an account

Tell us who you are and what you sell. We check every company before an account is opened and come back to you by email.

  2. 2 You order

Pick a piece, choose the carat and the options, and see the price broken down: making, gold, and the deposit on materials. Your labour charge is fixed at that moment.

  3. 3 You pay the fixed part

Making in full, plus a deposit on the estimated materials. We send a proforma with the payment details. Production starts when that payment reaches us.

  4. 4 We make it, and you watch

Each stage is photographed, so you can see where your order is without asking.

  5. 5 We weigh it

Gold is charged for the exact grams we weigh, at our published daily reference on the day of weighing. You see the figure before anything else is due, and you have 24 hours to raise a query; if nothing is raised, the order moves to payment.

  6. 6 You settle and we ship

Your statement shows the gram difference and the reference difference separately, so you can check every line yourself.

Stock and hallmarking

Some pieces are held; others are made to order or in stock, depending on the design and the size you need. We tell you which before you commit.

Qualifying pieces are UK hallmarked under the Hallmarking Act 1973. Our maker's mark is registered at the London Assay Office.
