What we hold

For a trade account: your business details, the name, email address and telephone number of the people you ask us to give access to, and the record of your orders, weights, payments and statements.

If one of our team visits you, they record notes about the visit — what you sell, what you asked for and what we agreed to do next.

What we do not hold

We never see or store your password. We do not record the location, route or time spent by our own team when they visit you.

Why we hold it

To take and fulfil your orders, to invoice you, and to keep the records a manufacturer is required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Ask your Majestic contact and we will deal with it.
